Vegetable stew in the Philippines...

I am not a vegetable lover but I miss this vegetable stew which we call "Utan bisaya" in the Philippines normally in Cebu and Leyte part. My Uncle really knows how to make this one and it's so yummy. Though I don't eat all the vegetables in this stew but I eat the okra and most of all sip the soup. The taste of the soup is so delicious, I can't wait to have it again. I was craving for this just this week so I search for this recipe and found it. Whew! Thanks to Yoh for posting the ingredients, now I can make one for me. :)

oi cathy, naay kamunggay daghan sa filipino store if naa diha or try tan-aw sa asian market if naa man gani sa inyo lugar. naa na sya gibutang sa frozen foods, ang name kay "leaves of horseradish" then gibutangan sad sa ubos nga gi open and close parenthesis ug "dahon ng malunggay". basin naa diha, maayo na lang makahigop na sad ug sabaw nga morag gikan jud sa Pinas. haha
