I am not really that worried of losing my hair in the past but after the Doctor told me yesterday that he’s going to check my hormone if I have a cancer, one thing that came into my mind is I’ll be losing my hair if ever I have a cancer. We all know that once a person have a cancer and undergo a chemo-therapy, one thing that will be affected is the hair. But that’s not only the case of why people losing their hair. I normally have a falling hair everyday and everywhere in the house since I was a kid and according to our teacher, we loss some hair everyday with a certain number but it will be replaced with a new one. The problem is it doesn’t happen to all people that their hair grows with a new one. I noticed some men who are bald and I don’t know if they are worried about it because they don’t look worried to me. I watched Oprah today with Dr. Oz on the stage talking about men’s health problems that they are ashamed to ask with their Doctor and somebody asked about baldness. Now I know that men are worried of getting bald and some get crazy and do anything just to have their hair back. I noticed that this is not a big issue for women because most of the women I met were not bald. Though there are some women where you can see a little bit of their scalp but they still have some hair. In this case, hair transplant is the best option because it’s permanent, so you don’t need to worry after it is done. There’s a Doctor named Dr. Lawrence Shapiro who’s been doing Hair Transplant Surgery for 17 years. Dr. Shapiro's Hair Institute can be found in Delray Beach / Hollywood, Florida. They have a website http://www.drshapiroshairinstitute.com/index.php for you to check if you are interested. In this website, you can hear audio testimonials or watch a video of his clients talking about their experiences and more. You can also read the procedure, see the exact locations and most of all the questions and answers about hair transplant.
