I am experiencing itchiness of the eyes lately which I thought will just go away after a few days but I'm wrong. I felt like I'm going to have a pink eye (sore eyes in Pinas and Piskat in bisaya). I don't want to go to the Doctor for this so I look for another way to cure the itchiness and redness of my eyes. I tried visine which was already expired of August last year and my eyes suddenly look okay. But the itch is still there and it feels like my eyes are swollen after a couple of hours. I then noticed that my eyes are sensitive to bright lights like the sun. The other day I went to the store to find a medicine for my eye allergy but when I used it yesterday morning, it didn't work. I use and brought the expired visine with me when I go to work so I can use them if my eyes becomes pink again or itch. Last night hubby and I went to the store again to buy a new visine for the eye allergy. Hubby asked the pharmacist of which one works best. I got the visine with antihistamine coz the pharmacist said it works better than other eye drops. It works okay but after a few hours, my eyes starts to itch again. Geee! This pollen thing made me sick! How I wish this allergy will soon go away.

yeah, i also didn't have allergy in the Philippines and this is my first time having allergy here. I know a friend of mine here who said that she got a lot of allergies here and not in the Philippines. I really thought I had a pink eye but hubby thinks it's just an allergy because of the pollen. Good thing the visine works okay but still my eyes itch every now and then. It seems like there's something inside that made my eyes itch then I got a teary eye too. Grrrrr! I guess that's part of being here. :)
