Leche Flan Recipe

10 egg yolks
1 can big evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk

syrup:
white sugar - caramelized

1) preheat oven to 350 deg. caramelize sugar using a small pan and pour it to a baking dish just enough to cover the bottom part then let it cool.
2) mix the liquid mixture and pour it into the baking dish.
3) put the baking dish into a tray and put it in the preheated oven.
4) pour water to the tray (just less than half of the baking dish). make sure that the water won't run out to avoid burning. so add more water if the leche flan is not cook yet and if the water is low already.
5) you know that it's cook if the toothpick comes out clean and not watery. let it cool and put it in the fridge before serving. Enjoy eating!!! ^_^

nice lagi imong leche flan sis kay hamis. me and my sister tried one before pero palpak. we didn't attempt to try again after that. haha. pero murag dali na baya siya himuon no. murag ra diay. hawud na jud kag lutoluto, sistah. keep it up!

haha bitaw hamis tan-awn nya lami kaonon. mas nindot man sya ug result lynn kung i-bake sa oven kaysa steamer lutuon. sa una ako raman i-steam nya pag try nako sa oven kay mas lami man ang result so oven na akong gamit. testingi ra gud aron daghan na tang hawd ug luto2. hahaha
