A friend of mine gave me this pansit. She gave me more than what I can eat in one meal so the next day I decided to heat it not in the microwave but in the pan. I remember when I was in the Philippines, a friend who owned a little carenderia told me and my cousin that we can make a left over pansit taste new again by adding soy sauce and oil. What I did with this one was I add oil, soy sauce and a little bit of oyster sauce. The result? Perfecto! :)
