Balut

At last, I found a store where I can get fresh balut from the farm. This balut is not frozen so it taste like the real thing. I just boiled the egg and you got hot balut ready. hehe Luckily I have the suka pinakurat (spiced vinegar), perfect for the balut. Eating the balut reminds me when I was in Pinas. I felt like a kid again, jumping for joy, reporting hubby how good it is! In short it feels like I'm in heaven (of course I'm just exaggerating hehe) coz I haven't had this for 4 years already. :)
