It's experimenting time again. I found a green papaya at the Asian Market and thought of making atsara for my friends. I am not a fan of this pickled papaya but I know my friends love 'em. I made 2 batches of this. The 1st was I cooked it and 2nd was pickled. A friend of mine told me that they don't cook their atsara so I search in youtube if somebody's taking a video of how to make pickled atsara and found some. Now I know how to do it. I like the taste of the pickled atsara than the cooked one.
Taste test... Wow! It's really yummy! :)
