Humba is a Filipino food that I sometimes crave. I was lucky when I went to the Filipino store coz they had humba in the fridge. The owner who already knew me asked if I want some rice and I said no coz I still have rice in the house. I thought she meant the uncooked rice but when I looked at the table she had a rice cooker there with the cooked rice in it. So I said "oh, you have cooked rice there already, I thought you meant the raw rice". After she put all the stuff I bought in a plastic bag, she went to the back and told me that she'll give me some rice and I was like "ok". Well, the rice is free and that's fine with me. Don't we all like free stuff? Of course we do! Anyway, I'm glad that I bought the humba coz at first I hesitate to buy it but man oh man, it's very delicious! Even Claira and hubby liked it! Now I have to try cooking it myself so I can save some moolah. Happy Eating! :)

Lahi jud ang Filipino store kaysa Asian store lang kay daghan atong pagkaon nga ila baligya. The Filipinp store is 30 mins drive from here and if I go there, I stock up on stuff that I can't find at the Asian store. Mawala dayon ang foodsick ba. hehe

Lagi, ang asian store kay mixed man gud. The nearest Filipino store would be in Charlotte and that's more or less a 2 hour drive from here. Mangumpra na lang unya ko puhon inig adto namo kay didto ata amo interview for the AOS eh. ;)
Sus, pagkalayo jud diay! Bitaw, take advantage na Lang ig adto ninyo. :)
