I don't know what the name of this particular banana but I know that I can cook this just like the boiled banana's I had when I was in the Philippines. I bought this to try if it's any good and well, it's not bad at all. I liked it but next time I'll cook it right away coz the next day this banana turns a little yellow. I like to eat it when it's green and firm. :)

this kind of banana is called "saba"
you can even fry it - then dip in sugar. yummy popular dessert in the Philippines. :)
