The other day I was blog hopping and saw a picture like this. I even leave a comment that someday I will cook that recipe. After work I hurriedly went to the Asian Market hoping that there are crabs left for me but when I checked it, there’s none. So instead of buying the crab which is not available today, I bought pork ribs and meat with a little skin in it. This recipe is very popular in the Philippines but people from different islands cook this with different ingredients. One of the ingredients is Sprite, as in Sprite soda. Hehe

i cook it with sprite too. :) now that you show this photo, the next grocery shopping time, i'm gonna buy ingredients to cook adobong baboy.
