I went to the Asian Market today and went to the Dentist for my implant's check up. But before I went outside I already had a headache. I finished early in grocery shopping at the Asian Market so I went home and put the stuff I bought in the fridge and some in the kitchen. After arranging the stuff I bought, I still have 35 minutes left before my dental appointment so I read the new magazine that I bought to make use of my time. I was sleepy after reading a few pages on the magazine but had to go 15 minutes before my dental appointment coz I don't want to be late this time. Hubby asked me earlier if I need him in going to the Dentist but I said that I can go there by myself because I was thinking that he's been using his vacation and sick leave every time I have my dental appointment. Besides, today's visit is just to check if the healing process of the implant is doing good or not so nothing really important to discuss that needs hubby's opinion or presence. After a few minutes of driving, my headache becomes worst and I suddenly become more sleepy that I want to close my eyes so hard every now and then to sort of wake me up but something happened unexpectedly. While I was closing my eyes, I took a nap just maybe for a few seconds or I don't know if it's a minute or so but when I open my eyes, I was scared knowing that I was driving in the freeway. Good thing that there's no car in front of me or I might have hit somebody. I hit my little toy mickey mouse (the one I got when hubby and I had our vacation to Florida last year) that I hang in my rear view mirror and said "Mickey, I'm sleepy. Help me not to fall asleep." Call me crazy but I talk to my toy Mickey sometimes if I need to. It really scares me thinking that I took a nap as if I was taking a nap at the couch but I was actually driving... in a freeway. Oh boy, now I have to sleep early. I don't want it to happen again... ever. So I can't blog hop for now but tomorrow I will... hopefully.

Next time wag mag drive if you feel even a bit sleepy lang. Ano sabi ni Hubs mo?

Julz, thanks for the concern. Sorry po kung ninerbyos ka dahil sa post ko. hehe Kaya nga minsan if I'm sleepy and needs to go out to get, buy something or anything that needs driving, i talked to my toy mickey para mawala ang antok ko. Though nothing happened to me after the incident yesterday, I still learned a lesson from it. Never drive when sleepy. It really scares me thinking about it. Hubby said to be careful next time and drive safely. hehe He always tell me that when I go out or plan to go out. I guess I just need more sleep. One thing that I think gives me a headache is the task given to me. :) So far I accepted only one coz I've been squeezing my brain yesterday before getting ready to go out but can't finish the task that I planned to accept. hehe So now, forget muna ang task, bahala na kung walang matanggap na pera sa blog ko kaysa kung maaksidente ako eh kulang pa ang kita ko para pambayad pag naaksidente ako. :)
wake up, wake up! bawal matulog while driving!
haha i know but i am really dead tired and i wasn't planning to take a nap while driving but it happen. not good but i learn from it. :)
