Diabetes

I was a little surprise when I know that my younger brother is now taking medication for diabetes.  Though I know that it runs in our family because my Grandma, my Uncle and maybe my Aunt (all 3 on my father's side) has it.  I know that this illness can be reversed so I'm searching for books that might help my brother in fighting diabetes if and only if he's willing to do it coz I don't want to force him if he doesn't want to change his eating habits.  Besides, the books are not cheap.  I hope he's trying to find ways to get rid of the illness.  He's too young to be taking medications.
