Yummy shrimps!

Hurrah! Got a good lunch today with Lynn's shrimp recipe. I didn't know what to eat for lunch and I remember Lynn posting about how delicious her shrimp recipe is. So I tried it today and it's absolutely a finger-lickin' licious one. haha Thanks Lynn for sharing your recipe. Now I know how to make a delicious shrimp. -_^

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 shallot or small onion sliced
1 tsp magic ginisa mix
kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 cup water (optional)

Saute' the shrimps, onions and garlic with the olive oil.
Add "ginisa" mix.
Add a little Kikkoman soy sauce and that's it.
But if you like to have a little sauce for your rice like me, then add a little bit of water. Enjoy!

rheiboy17: naku, namomroblema na nga ako kung paano mag gain ng weight kasi di ako madalas nagugutom. kaya ang result is nag lose ako ng 2 lbs. sana nga mag gain weight na ako kasi kailangan. wala ka bang secret na pangpa gain weight dyan? malapit na rin akong maging desperate just to gain weight. :)

lynn: nah lami jud lynn, supsop jud nako ang ulo. haha lami sad ang sabaw ibahug sa rice. perfect match jud ba. you're an angel jud lynn. naa nako ikapang hambog nga lami nga shrimps. :)

webloglearner: I noticed that most pinoys who live abroad loves to eat pinoy dishes again. I'll be glad if those who doesn't know how to cook will learn something from my posts. It's nice to share good foods to good friends not just good news. :)
