Healthy meal and dessert for my baby...

Honestly, my baby changed my diet. Since I get pregnant, I'm careful of what I eat and try not to eat junk foods or any kind of junk that my baby and I don't need. Before I get pregnant, diet pepsi is my water but I stopped drinking it and drink water instead of soda. I rarely drink coffee and tea because of the caffeine in it and I try to avoid going to fast foods which is an emergency food for me. I'm not a vegetable eater but now I worry if I can't eat vegetables in 1 day. And not only that, I need to eat more protein, calcium and fruits too. It sounds a lot to me because I only eat a little and only 1 or 2 varieties (except at the chinese buffet) but now that my baby is depending on what I eat then I have to feed my baby the healthy foods that she needs. So here are the photos of what I don't like to eat that I tried eating again for my baby.

Mixed green salad with croutons, grilled chicken, cheese, and 1000 island dressing.

For a healthy dessert is strawberry, raspberry, milk, yogurt and vanilla ice cream mixed in the blender. The taste is okay, not great because of the yogurt I think. :)

I am inviting you to join my BoL's Brain Pain.

Don't worry, it is not as painful as what the title sounds.

I hope to see you there!
