Me at 28 weeks


Yesterday afternoon I went to the fitness center for my exercise. I really like going there coz I felt energized after I had my exercise. I even told my Aunt about going to the fitness and she told me not to overdo it. She said that walking exercise is okay. My plan is to be in the treadmill for 30 minutes 3 - 5 times a week. But if I do some chores in the house or go out shopping then I don't go to the fitness center coz I'll be exhausted doing too much exercise in one day. If I feel weak, I just stay at home and do nothing but relax and rest. Now that's my life as preggy. :)

you're right, mitch, don't exhaust yourself. remember nako ako friend, during the time when she was pregnant, wala na siya nagexercise kay everyday naman daw siya saka kaanog sa hagdan sa ila office. ang gawas nuon, na stressed siya og na CS. ingon nila, lahi ra jud kuno ang walking sa early morning. mao jud to akong gisunod so normal delivery ko. :)

sounds pretty much interesting... a good way to do exercise and sweat a bit...

Hey pretty preggy Mitch....

Walking is good for you lalo na pag malapit ng lumabas si baby. But just like said, relax lang pag medyo pagod or weak ka. Walking while doing grocery shopping is exercise na din so no need to go to the fitness center.

Leche flan recipe...sige nga you post it here para makopya ko and I'll try it. I'll let you know if successful...

Lynn: thanks sa awards sis. yeah, exercise is really good not just for pregnant women but to everybody. even my aunt who's taking care of her 5 grandchildren thought that she already have enough exercise but when she felt weak and went to the Doctor, the Doctor told her to exercise even if she's been taking care of her grandkids. Now she's feeling better coz she's doing a walking exercise almost everyday. But I do my exercise after lunch coz I'm still trying to catch up some sleep in the morning. :)

NovaS: Yeah, the treadmill really helped me a lot to keep going. It's a good exercise especially now that it's winter time. :)

Pinaywahm: Ok, I'll post the leche flan recipe someday para ma try mo. Basta madali lang gawin yan. :)
