Dried Fish

Eating dried fish here in the US is like eating lechon in the Philippines. You can't have it everyday because it's not available here all the time and if there are dried fish in the Asian stores, they don't taste as good as the one I had in the Philippines. The dried fish in the picture are from the Philippines when a friend of mine had her vacation there and brought these dried fish here and store in the freezer. It's so good!
