Health is Wealth

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.
I think we all know about this saying but not everybody believed in this.  I know some who wants to live and enjoy the present and don’t mind of what’s going to happen tomorrow.  And when these types of people get sick or run out of money, they start begging to anybody they know asking for help and making promises that they’ll pay you back as soon as they have the capacity to do so.  Sadly, some promises are made to be broken.  Oh well, that’s life.  I’m glad I was able to observe other people’s experiences and learn what they’ve been through.  I am thankful that I’m now living in the land of the free coz I learned a lot of things.  Like health insurance and the benefits if you have one.  I can say that it really help to have one coz every time I get my medication in Walgreens (my favorite Pharmacy), I am saving big because of the health insurance that we have.  I am saddened that the Express Scripts, a health care system that acts as a middleman between pharmacies providing the health care service and employers and health plans who pay for the medications, did not renew their contract for Walgreens.  Here's the link of the press release if you want to read it. Walgreens and Express Script It only means hassle to patients covered by Express Scripts.  Walgreens is offering a special discount on annual membership for its Walgreens Prescription Savings Club to help ease the burden of their valued customers.  I must say that we should support the Pharmacy we have in our neighborhood so they won’t close and those who need medications right away can get it without having to travel further to get what they need.  Please support Walgreens by liking Walgreens on Facebook and following Walgreens on Twitter @Walgreens.
