Lean Ground Beef with Veggies

This is a quick and easy recipe when you don't have a lot of time to prepare dinner.  I was in a hurry to make dinner one time so I was experimenting of what I have in the pantry and fridge.  


1/2 - 1 lb lean ground beef
1 can - cream of mushroom condensed soup
2 medium carrots - diced
3 red potatoes - diced
2 leaves of Kale - chopped
1/2 stalk celery - sliced
water
oil

1) Heat oil in the pan and saute' beef until brown
2) Add carrots and saute for 2 minutes
3) Add mushroom soup and water (depends if you want it sticky or watery). Stir.
4) Add kale, celery and potatoes.  Simmer until all the veggies are cook.
5) Serve hot and enjoy!

That looks like a tasty dish. Not many have kale added into it like that. Other just serve it raw.

@ Bar Advice: Thanks for visiting! It is delicious! Hubby can't eat raw vegetables and some of the fruits coz it gives him stomach ache so I have to cook them. :)
