Shrimp Omelet

I miss having this when I was in High School living with my grandfather.  We had a housemaid who also knows how to cook ... and I mean a good cook.  Her name is Brenda and I don't know what happen to her anymore.  She cooks delicious foods for us and one of them is this shrimp omelet.  Her shrimp omelet is the best I've ever had.  How I wish she's here with me cooking the same delicious foods that she always served when my grandfather was alive.  But in order to eat again Manang Brenda's foods that I crave, I have to cook it myself.  So I made some for me, not the perfect one that Manang Brenda always make for us but still it's shrimp omelet.
