Sweet & Sour Fish

I am not a fan of sweet and sour foods but one thing that I learned to like while we're on vacation in the Philippines was the sweet and sour fish.  Hubby liked it so much that I have to recreate it so we can eat it again.  The first time I made was really delish.  I got the recipe from the internet and tried the one that I think is delicious.  And luckily enough, my first try was superb!  The fish is moist, the sweetness and sourness of the sauce is perfect.  I can even eat the battered fish alone!  It's that delicious!  Yum!
