Lemongrass is good for chicken and fish stew. Though I can buy this in the Asian Market but I was thinking that planting this and cooking it fresh is much better. I wish this will produce a lot of leaves so I can start using them someday. The reason why I put this in a small pot is because I want to put this inside the house during winter time hoping that I can cook a fresh lemongrass all year round.
