Sweet potato is not my favorite unless it's the Asian kind but the leaves are good for salad and soup (Filipino recipes). I already harvested twice with my sweet potato leaves for my vegetable soup (Otan bisaya) and so I cut the stems and planted them on the ground so I can have more leaves to harvest for the salad and soup. I hope they all grow healthy so I can harvest more leaves this summer. :)
