Dessert time

A dessert that I copy from the restaurant that hubby and I love. Actually, the cake was from the restaurant. We brought it home coz they served two huge serving of this chocolate cake. We don't want to throw away money by throwing food so we always bring our left over. I know that in the Philippines, if you bring left over that means you're poor. But here, I don't care what people think. Besides, most people bring home their left over too which means we're not alone. hehe So what I did with the cake was, add a vanilla bean ice cream and topped it with hershey's syrup just like the one we had in the restaurant. It looks fancy and yummy! Love it! :)

Hmm, YUM-O! Vanilla icecream is also good on chocolate fudge brownie Chelle. Try the Betty Crocker mini hot fudge brownie, really yummy....In our place, taking home leftovers is simply an act of being thrifty.( Ilocanos were known for that,he,he,he.) Besides,we don't want to waste food.

pinaywahm: it's okay to indulge yourself with sweets during special occassions. that's what hubby and i do coz that's the only time that we indulge ourselves with sinful desserts. hehe

webloglearner: thanks! honestly, i was thinking of having my own restaurant or a snack bar but it's a lot of work and money to spend. so sa kitchen na lang muna ako. haha
